Eggs and hash browns are supposed to be cooked separately from the pancakes. I got a sick within 30 minutes.

The server is gluten intolerant and knows about celiac disease. I had the hash brown and bacon - I didn’t get sick. She says they clean the griddle but I think I got lucky and avoid any cross contamination due to no one being at the cafe when I arrived but it got busy soon afterwards.
