Service was amazing! The owner, Dawn, has a son with Celiac Disease and wanted to make sure her restaurant could accommodate various dietary needs. It's a shared kitchen, but they have a dedicated gluten free prep space along with dedicated pots/pans/utensils to prevent as much cross contamination as possible. They dont currently have options for gf sandwiches/panini's, but they have gf chicken and veggie(vegan/gf)) meatballs! All six sauces are gf, as well as; gf penne pasta, white cheddar mash, and jasmine rice bases. They have 2 gf salad ooptions and a gf stuffed soup! The food was phenomenal and uses italian recipes that have been passed down through the family for generations. Will be back!
