Update:

The owner called me to make things right. The server was new and messed up. Apparently this is not the usual treatment of allergies. If you end up with a new server you should probably ask for the manager or someone else to take your order.

They do not have a dedicated fryer. They do charge aa couple of dollars extra for pasta. The server was not supposed to have charged me for my desert. They can make anything GF that is not on the starter section.

I would feel safe eating here next time now that I know more about this process.

Original review:

I called ahead to make sure that they could accommodate me for my birthday dinner. I told the server that I was severely Celiac and that I was concerned with cross contamination. There was no indication on the menu that dishes were available GF. She went back to the kitchen and came out with a verbal list of safe items. I ordered the chicken classic and sweet potato fries. She had to go check again to see what sides were safe.

She was very kind and understanding but also seemed new. So I kept verifying with her to be sure that nothing I ordered would be contaminated. She always went to the kitchen to check with someone else.

My order came and it was Rosano chicken with sweet potato fries. . Not what I ordered but she assured me that the incorrect order was made 100% gluten free without contamination. So I ate it because I was hungry by then and didn't want to wait. I was very sick for the next 2 weeks. I do not beleive that they have a dedicated GF deep fryer.

To make it worse, she charged me extra for a few fries that were included in my meal when I asked for sides that were included in the price.

The GF desert was good though. They didn't have a birthday option for me so I had to pay for desert.

The staff was very knowledgeable. No gf menu but just ask and they will let you know what is gf and celiac friendly. Pasta & grill section can be made gf and there is always one gf dessert option. No gf fries, no gf bread before the meal.
