Be sure to let the person know that you are "gluten sensitive" and not just with it and happening! They then take special care to avoid cross contamination, even delivering it to the cashier remarking that this is “gluten free.” The sandwich I had was roast beef and Swiss with roasted peppers and onions and mustard. It was semi-pani style, but not pressed. The “bread” was dark and huge. The slices were about ¾ of an inch thick. Cost was $8, a little more than I wanted to spend, but the serving was generous. The weather was nice, so I was able to sit outside and eat. In colder or wetter weather you’d have to do to go. There was no indoor setting. Most importantly, I didn’t get sick.
