They have a nice place but not for gluten free. They said they can't make anything safe for Celiac. They cook the pizza in he same oven no different rack. The waiter said the only thing I could eat was a bowl of arugula. They were kind and great staff just not safe for Celiac.

My review is for the Petaluma location, which doesn't seem to have its own profile. Up until last month I would have given them 5 stars. Pizza was delicious, great salads, helpful staff, and they altered many menu items to make gluten free. However last month I ended up vomiting all night after eating there. When I called the next day they were very apologetic and said that the chef wasn't there the previous night. If they can't train all their kitchen staff on the dangers of cc then i don't think they should claim to be gluten free. They mailed me $50 gift certificate. Nice thought but I won't be using it. Can't risk another day off work due to gluten poisoning.

Manager spoke with us, ensured safe selections from the menu and served the meal himself. Yes, you can say they care. Good job Rosso's.

Great food, but not careful with cross contamination. I've given them a few chances, but have felt sick every time :(. If they become more careful about CC I would eat there often!!

GF pizza and flatbread are awesome! The maiale pizza (according to me and my non-gf boyfriend) is unlike any other pizza we've ever had. The crust is pretty good, but the flavor is unreal. Service could have been better. Definitely come here!
