Röstifarm

Wir haben uns zwei Tage im Voraus angemeldrt und über die glutenfreie Ernährung unserer Tochter informiert. Wir sind zu einer Zeit gekommen zu der noch nicht viel los war.

Auf der Karte wurde darauf hingewiesen, dass sich das Personal mit Alergenen auskennt. Auf Nachfrage bei der Servicefachangestellten bekammen wir die Antwort "Gluten? Ich weiss nicht was das sein soll!". An meiner Aufklärung war sie nicht gross onteressiert.

Wir haben dann für unsere Tochter die Originalen Rösti bestellt. Auf meinen Hinweishin man solle in der Küche nochmals bescheid geben und auf Kontamination achten, meinte sie "wir haben keine Rösti mit Weizen" worauf ich Antwortete in den Äpler Rösti seien z.B. Teigwaren drinn.

Allgemein hatten wir (10 Personen)das Gefühl eine Last zu sein.

Das Essen war leider auch nicht herrvoragend. Da hatte ich schon weitaus bessere Rösti

Their speciality is "Rösti" (hash browns), so almost every Rösti is glutenfree except some dishes who are made with sauces or also contain pasta. If you are not shure, ask the staff. I ate here many times and never got sick. Last time I had the Rösti with melted cheese on top.
