We had a good experience in the Restaurant Rothorngipfel. They offer a couple of GF options like Schnitzel with fries (with GF breadcrumb / no chicken nuggets in the same fryer), salad with chicken or shrimps and GF bread, meat with rice or Rösti. It is recommended to book a day in advance so that they can prepare. Oli, the manager, is very responsive and happy to share GF options by email. We were there in the peak ski season for lunch. Oli recommended to come early (11:30h) when kitchen is still clean and less busy and thus easier to avoid cross-contamination.
