Review of Roti

Carmen, the manager, was the unbelievably accommodating and knowledgeable. He used new gloves and cleaned the grill before preparing our salmon, without even being asked. He prepared our meals personally every time we were there - once even staying late (he saw us in line as he was leaving and came back into the kitchen to prepare our meals himself). This is our new favorite restaurant. Most items can be made gf, including salmon, chicken, steak, salad and rice. The gf pita is heated in its own 'toaster'.
