Rotisserie La Braise Aruba

This is a “must visit” restaurant while in Aruba! 3 different cuisine menus are provided (Greek, Italian, and French) when you are seated and you can order from any and mix or match. The menu is not marked but the staff was knowledgeable about GF and take allergies seriously. I had a Ceasar salad that I split with my husband and the GF linguini carbonara. It came out piping hot and was excellent! We will be back later in the week it was so good! ❤
