I called in my order and they seemed familiar with celiac and gluten free. The pizza was great, but I think I saw him cut the pizza with the same cutter. It was in a cup of water and I didn’t get sick, but might be something to mention if you eat here.
Any pizza can be made gluten and in a dedicated oven. That is awesome!!
Saw other reviews here so decided to give it a try. Delicious pizza! Thin crust that was a bit burned on some of the edges but it tasted great.

After seeing the raving reviews, I really wanted to eat here. When we showed up on Monday evening, there was a hand-written note on the door saying that they were closed that day, would reopen on Tuesday evening, and be open regular hours on Wednesday. We were heading home on Wednesday, and this place is basically at the last sign of civilization before you leave the Sedona area, so we planned to stop there on the way out of town. They said they opened at 11:00, so I started trying to call around 11:30, just to make sure they were actually open. I just got a busy signal, calling them every few minutes for over half an hour. Since I couldn’t be sure they were actually open, and I didn’t know of any back-up GF options that far out of town, we ended up giving up and eating in town. I was very disappointed, as really good GF pizza is hard to find.

Best GF pizza so far in AZ! They are very knowledgeable here about eating GF and no cross contamination. Both our kids have Celiac and ate safely here. They had pizza and wings. We all thought the wings were so tasty and the pizza too! They don’t even up charge for GF crust… which never happens. Our sever was so nice and made sure that the kitchen prepared our meal safely. There was fabulous live music too! Great experience!

I have to agree with the previous reviewer. Their crust is absolutely amazing! The best GF crust I have ever had in a restaurant. These are real Pizzas, not an afterthought or an add-on to their menu like other pizza joints. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Food is outstanding! Gluten Free Pizza is the best I’ve ever had! You ha e to ask for the gluten free crust. They are very helpful and knowledgeable about their recipe and how they cook it. My daughter and I have a severe gluten allergy our family got 4 different types of pizzas and all were so so good and few great with no reaction what so ever!!!! Definitely don’t miss this place! Didn’t have time to take a picture as we ate it so fast!
