Salad bar is all GF. So figured it was the only safe place. Seemed to do okay having a salad each day skiing.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Good

They tell me nothing is really gluten free. The burgers aren’t, the chicken is cooked next to the burgers on a shared grill. They had a gf bun. Curries are not labelled gf (but they have a symbol for it on the menu board) and line was long so I didn’t even ask. The gf grab and go section consists of cookies and two types of chips. No salads or packaged sandwiches to be found.

I had the vegetable chilli with gluten free bread. Staff knew about celiac and I didn’t get sick!

Celiac friendly?

Yes

I had a GF bun with a veggie patty and had no problems. Staff changed their gloves when I told them I was celiac.
