Travelled to Sooke from Toronto. Celiac for 4+ years so very cautious. Gluten Friendly scares me so I always talk to the staff. Made my Montreal meat sandwich separately from the other food and advised not to have the fried food. Had the salad, organic greens. Had a cocktail. Overall, good experience.

Got take out burgers with side salads from here - one celiac and one not. The host taking our orders wasn’t sure if the veggie burger was fully GF but went to speak to the kitchen and assured it was celiac safe with a GF bun. It was absolutely delicious! Wish we’d eaten here more during our trip to Sooke.

What a awesome restaurant in sooke for GF celiac people . I stayed in sooke for the weekend and I’m celiac , I was nervous at first because i didn’t know where I could go out for dinner . I found this restaurant on this app and I decided to give it a try . Their online menu is more clear to what they have GF. I had the Mussels to start and they where all good with GF buns and for my main course I had the Triple "A" New York Striploin with the Japanese Steak Sauce and It was sooo good . I will definitely recommend this place . The only thing I want to point out is their menu is showing the fries and poutine are GF but they don’t have a separate frier. I asked the server and she was very knowledgeable about celiac

I love Route 14! I’m celiac and I go every time I’m in Sooke! No dedicated fryer but still delicious fine food options and burgers!
