The menu doesn’t label items GF but our server was very knowledgeable about which dishes were GF or could be made GF. They also substituted ingredients (as opposed to just removing) so the dishes would be GF but didn’t feel like you’re missing out on anything. For ex, I ordered chocolate mousse for dessert. It came with a coffee crumble on top that was not GF, so they offered to swap that with fresh strawberries for me. Each time a dish was brought out, the server would confirm mine was the GF one.
