Staff was friendly and seemed very confident about celiac precautions (and so I didn’t ask for details, sorry - but you can see them cooking, if you care to watch more closely!)
Pizza was fantastic and I didn’t get sick. Crust was comparable to Mississippi Pizza, maybe a tad better. GF pizzas only come in 12”, but 2 pizzas fed 2 adults and 2 kids for less than $45.
Didn’t get sick at all.
Edit: went back a second time, got extremely, extremely sick. 🤷♀🤷♀
Their pizza is decent, but not mind blowing. The GF crust tastes decent but it’s flat and with no crust or rise.
I had the vegan cheese and it’s pretty good though not very plentiful.
Second time I’ve had their pizza and no noticeable reaction but I don’t know about their preparation practices.
I had the chicken festive pizza w/ gluten free crust it was absolutely amazing!! I requested they change gloves or wash hands before preparing as to avoid cross contamination because I have celiac, they followed instructions and my nima sensor said all clear no gluten found 😊 I will definitely be ordering their pizza again!
This is great new add to Westend District that just opened. Hidden GF gem. Not only great GF pizza, but they have GF wings also! Note, Wings are not marked on menu as GF, we just happened to ask. Not made with breading and taste great with gf sauce available. sauce options. Friendly staff and they were familiar enough to suggest gf dressings for salad. Salad had very fresh ingredients. Overall tasty meal.
