Guy was confident in gf status. Said they’ve been here 8 years and serve Celiacs all the time without issues. He noted a bunch of the diff crepes that would be safe (ex: buffalo chicken would NOT be bc breaded chicken). Had a savory crepe (#11 - had chicken, mushrooms, cheese?, pesto). Crepe was tasty but a little dry. Wish it had a green veg in it (bc it came w side of arugula/salad) and something with a little moisture in it. Would eat again but would try a new one
