I order from here regularly. I let the staff know when I order and they take precautions. Their fryer is not gluten free and they will let you knoe if the item you order goes in the fryer. All the paneer dishes are safe but they guided me away from the Aloo Gobi as it goes in the fryer.

Requested gluten free. Chef washed his hands and the station. As nan bread is done next to it etc. Very tasty food and lots of options.

Gluten free items are clearly marked on the takeout menu. The chef came out to answer my questions about what dishes were safe. Food was delicious too!
