Claim to be able to fix foods gluten-free on the train. Scheduled breakfast, included gluten-free in reservations, ensured wait staff also was aware of gluten-free requirement. I was assured it would be gluten-free. Within 30 minutes off the train, I had a severe gluten reaction and lost the rest of the day. Train ride and wait staff was wonderful. Do not eat the meal.
