Egg frittata muffin and banana bread are both gluten free! I tried their carrot cale which is marked as gluten free but i felt sick afterwards. Idk if it was the cake or something else that caused it, so i’d avoid that one. They have a couple different salads for lunch too. Overall, love that they have gluten free options and good coffee.
