Royal Park Hotel

Staff was very knowledgeable about gluten free options and provided plenty of help. Food was very good. Best gluten free bread ever that they get from a local bakery nearby.

We had afternoon tea and several meals that were outstanding. Staff well trained and treat gluten free as a normal part of the business. Many delicious items including a gluten free waffle that is worth the visit and the formal tea was ás good as any on England.

Chef came out on a Saturday (Valentine's Day even) and provided a gluten free vegan option not on the menu for me - delicious! Would highly recommend. Great and helpful staff!

This was awful! I went to an event at the Royal Park and called ahead letting them know I needed a GF meal. Told the waitress when we arrived. Asked once again when I was served the dinner. Two hours later I was violently ill and very sick. When I called to tell them of my experience, not one staff member at the hotel really cared! Very disappointing!

I was there one night late after a concert. I was in the lounge area. They were very accommodating. Only had a burger but hit the spot! Very nice staff.
