Fantastic experience at the Ellerslie Rd Royal Pizza the past 2x. They take GF issues seriously. They ask if it's a preference or an allergy. If it's an allergy, they have a dedicated space to prepare and clean utensils. They take great effort to ensure your meal is satisfactory.

I called in my order so I could clarify if their pizzas were cooked on dedicated gluten free pans. The woman who took my order was very helpful - she explained that if you state gluten allergy, they make sure all the toppings are prepped on dedicated gf equipment and cooked on gf pans. Very few toppings I could not have and they knew which ones they were.

Went in and asked if they had gluten free options they said yes. The menu does not tell you anything. I asked my waitress and she told me anything can be made gluten free. I then asked well what pizza toppings and she again said all of them. Then said well I will give you a minute to decide if you wanna be here. So don’t bother to go to the one by west Ed they don’t care…

Went in for a work outing, staff appeared knowledgeable when ordering and outlined that they have a medium Gf crust and which toppings contained gluten. The actual pizza was really good!!

Easy online ordering, takeout ready on time, GF crust was quite good and crisp just how we like it. Quite satisfied with the pizza. Front staff seemed very attentive to ensure kitchen knew we have celiac disease.

My kids and I are here, and the waitress was able to tell us which toppings for pizza were safe, along with the different sides. They kitchen made our pizza in a separate area. It was so nice to go out for pizza and it not come out hard as a board, and none of us got sick. :)

This Royal Pizza location has celiac friendly pizza options. They have gluten free crust available and they can tell you which toppings are gluten free. YOU MUST TELL THEM YOUR ORDER IS FOR A SEVERE GLUTEN ALLERGY and they will prepare your gluten free pizza in a separate area in the back. the pizza is delicious!
