The staff was really nice and accommodating. They answered all of my questions and I could see everyone in the kitchen having a quick huddle to discuss my order when it came it. Every single person in the back kitchen washed their hands and changed gloves before starting my order.
Some notes on the menu: the rice had gluten in it and it was a shared fryer. The meat was gf and I felt safe watching how they prepared it for other orders. They let me sub out the rice on my plate for extra salad and some hummus.
I'm a low symptoms celiac and did not get sick.
