I stayed here for a week. All the restaurants have their menus clearly marked what is gluten free. The buffet restaurant even has a gluten free section for breakfast with gf waffles and pancakes. The restaurants and room service all ask about food allergies before ordering. Although they ask, still use your best judgment, as i ordered some hash browns that i assumed were gluten free but was later told they were not after eating them for multiple days … almost all the appetizers are gluten free at the Indian restaurant. The Japanese hibachi grill used gluten free soy sauce for the entire table. The food at the wedding had a buffet with clearly marked labels of what was gluten free. I had no reactions during my stay.
