They have 3 different GF sweet & 1savory pie to choose from. They are all so good. This place is always on the top of my list to stop into every year when I go to Round Top for antique weekend!

This is the pie shop not the restaurant as another review suggests. They are not a dedicated gluten free facility so if you are celiac proceed with caution. The little pies are also available in a limited quantity/selection at the restaurant. The pies were yummy but a bit dry. P.s.the restaurant is not GF friendly. They can offer you basic grilled meat and a salad. Meh.

in case you're not familiar with royers, it's a diners, dives kind of local gem. this place is small though so tables are hard to get. they serve a full menu here but we came for pie. i had the sweet and salty which is like a brownie with crust. waiter told us pies were made off site. crust was hard to taste through the brownie which was very good.

Delicious Gluten free little pies. I especially like the Pecan GF Pie and I usually don't like pecan pies. They have chocolate chip GF pies and and caramel salty one too. They also have GF peanut butter cookies. If you want a certain flavor call in advance to make sure they have it in stock.
