Rozie's Breakfast Cafe

The staff were knowledgeable and caring. They directed me on what I would be able to have and even brought ou the bacon packaging to I could read the label just to be sure. Everything was cooked on a clean "celiac safe” pan that was placed on the grill, including the bread, to remove the risk of contamination.

We opted to have all family members food prepared this way to reduce the risk - except for one of my eldest’s gluten containing sausage since the risk of that getting to me was very low.

As a very sensitive celiac I appreciated all the care. In a non-dedicated GF facility, it’s great to be able to communicate to a caring staff that really wants to ensure you have a great meal and good experience.

We all cleared our plates - sign of a yummy meal are still talking about their delish home fries the next morning!

Not celiac friendly beware. They have gluten free options, but everything is cross contaminated. Not really educated. Pancakes were awful 3/4 of pancakes were raw. Service wasn't great.

Lot's of options and very accommodating. Rozie's is a gem.
