I’m a careful celiac, so asked at the front desk. They spoke to the chef, who is one of the owners. The server was also able to confirm which of my choices would be the safest. I ate the grilled salmon and veggies and they subbed the rice (which they said wasn’t safe) for a side salad. Could’ve also eaten GF pasta or fish tacos. We ate outside. No tummy issues and was happy with the food and service was first rate.
