Review of Rubio's

The Rubio's staff seemed to know nothing about Celiac or gluten. I had already visited their website so I knew what I could have. Ask about the rice to make sure. Food tasted alright. Disappointed at lack of training. Hoping I didn't get anything cross-contaminated. Final word: do your research ahead of time but use caution. Random side-note: their salsa is yummy but chips are deep fried. I brought my own chips: it was a win!
