People very friendly and wait staff checked to make sure items were gluten free! Since it is off season they didn't have GF buns ): but I got the raspberry chicken salad and it's delicious!! My trust in how safe it is was not all the way there as they didn't seem to have a lot of knowledge but were willing to ask the kitchen. Items were minimal so i stuck with the salad to stay safe!

Menu marked. Knowledgeable wait staff. GF bread available for sandwiches. No dedicated fryer. Had the trout with mashed potatoes - very good.

Had a chicken sandwich and baked potato. Menu is marked and other options. Lunch menu has more options than their dinner menu and would not make any lunch items at dinner. So I had a chicken sandwich which wasn't terrible, just not the turkey, avocado, bacon, cream cheese sandwich I was hoping for.

The menu was marked with items for gluten sensitive. Sevice was fast and attentive, and the staff was knowledgeable for gluten free. I ordered the special, which was a bison filet and a baked potato. The steak was the best I've ever had! Medium rare and as tender as can be with great flavor. I'm not celiac but very sensitive. They were super busy and because of that couldn't offer special handling. However, I've found meat and baked potato with a salad a pretty safe go to.

Fries are not Gf. It was only ok. I had the bison burger with gf bread. I did not get sick. The rest of the family’s meal was so so.

No gf bun, but they have bread for burgers. Waiter was helpful. Forgot to ask about the fries, but I didn't have any issues. Delicious, but very touristy.

We had good and knowledgeable service. We didn’t try for anything difficult. We all had steak, potato and broccoli. I did notice GF beer and Gluten removed beer on menu and they do list gluten free buns for burgers. Fryer not dedicated. Overall we had a good experience.

I had the sirloin steak with broccoli. I was thinking about doing the mashed potatoes but the waitress informed me that I couldn't have the gravy. The steak was good. No issues.

Service was good and quick. Server asked a question about something that they were not sure about. Sandwiches were served on gluten free bread that was slightly toasted. Buffalo burger tasted fine and my kids loved their grilled chicken sandwiches that were smothered in melted cheese, bacon, and pickles. No one got sick afterward. We were a little disappointed in the amount of items that were available gluten free. When walking the boardwalk, we checked out their menu on display outside and saw lots of sandwich options, but then upon eating dinner there found out that we had looked at their lunch menu.

Since this restaurant had good reviews, we went there for dinner. They don’t have gf bread or buns like described in other reviews. The steaks (beef, Buffalo and bourbon) and baked potato are safe. I had the regular buffalo steak with a baked potato and huckleberry ice cream for dessert (vanilla is safe too) which were yummy. Very helpful waitress.

They have Udi’s GF bread and the thick Udi’s Texas Toast. The meat is GF and I highly recommend the Bison Melt on Udi’s Texas Toast. It was fantastic! Sometimes the soups are GF, as well.

We explained my som had Celiacs and asked if they had gluten free options. The waitress stated all items marked with an * were foods that could be made gluten free. She doubled checked on the GF options for the salad dressing. My 14-year old had steak, baked potato and salad. He said all items were delicious.

Ordered the BBQ chicken sandwich with steamed broccoli. It was served on udi texas toast. Very good. No reaction.
I didn’t get sick and that’s good. Hostess was very nice about pointing out gf on menu. I had a loaded chicken sandwich without a bun and a bad side salad. The chicken was good. Not sure I’d go again, but there wasn’t a lot open when we went.
Yes
No gf bun, buffalo burger melt was good. Side salad with huckleberry vinegrette was ok. Expensive for what you got. No reactions though.
Wasn't as impressed. They have gluten free pasta, undercooked. And gluten free buffalo or elk burgers. Even after telling the waitress that they we needed gluten free, the mashed potatoes came out with gravy on them. They did have gluten free bread.
Buffalo ribs with BBQ sauce were gf , and multiple options were marked on the menu . Staff checked options and let us know what was safe

We ate their with no issues. Staff was very kind and knowledgable. My son is VERY celiac sensitive and he didn't get sick.

Upping my review of this restaurant. Have eaten here 3 times & staff is knowledgeable. Even GF spaghetti-sealed pkg of noodles cooked in separate pot, per waitress. & GF bread toasted in separate, GF toaster.

Food was good. Had smokehouse chicken w udis bread
Understood Gluten Free needs. Several options that aren’t just salads. Have GF bread for sandwiches. Service is great!
Yes
Items that can be made GF noted on the menu. I had grilled trout, salad, and broccoli—good fare.
Went today after reading the great reviews, but all I have to say is, celiacs beware! Waitress seemed knowledgeable about gluten, but if it wasn't for my gluten tester, I'll be sick now. Although several menu items are marked as gluten free, I asked for a buffalo burger, because it had the less ingredients, and sure enough, my machine found gluten right away. My celiac son had spaghetti with marinara sauce, which was gluten free, but far from delicious. An option for starving celiacs who are willing to eat only a bowl of pasta.

Wonderful options! Delicious! Friendly atmosphere!

They don't have a gluten free menu, but the wait staff are familiar with gluten free considerations. They have Udi's bread and buns for any sandwiches/burgers you might want. The food was really tasty and the restaurant has a great atmosphere.
Yes
I had the smokehouse chicken sandwich on gluten-free bread. I enjoyed the sandwich. If you get a side salad ask for no croutons.

Excellent food and a gluten free menu, they even had gluten free beer😄
We ate at Ruby House on our stay in Keystone on several occasions. Each meal was excellent! I am the only one in my family with food allergies and as I can't tolerate gluten or dairy, eating out together is often a challenge. I am severely sensitive to gluten - epi pen in my purse sensitive....so this app and the reviews were our guide as we travelled. The first night I had the trout on their GF menu, with no seasoning and a baked potato and salad. The trout was locally caught, and it was fantastic with a little salt and lemon. I stuck with oil and vinegar for the salad as the waiter told me most of the salad dressing had gluten. Next meal I had there was a Smokehouse Chicken Sandwich on GF Bread with bacon and BBQ sauce, hold the cheese. So terrific! I also had a filet mignon and baked potato meal, and stuck with the crouton free salads with all my meals. Never a reaction, the food was great, the staff was wonderful, and we ate at this quaint restaurant almost every day of our stay. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Fantastic! Best GF pasta I've ever had. Dedicated GF menu, staff was marvelous. Recommend highly.
Yes
Our waitress was informed about gluten and knew exactly what I could and couldn't have. They did have a dedicated gluten free menu, which took away my worry. I will definitely add this to my list for the next time I'm in keystone.
