I found out about The Ruby Slipper from Find Me Gluten Free. The restaurant was very clean and Jerry, my server, was very helpful. I had the Migas with crawfish and breakfast potatoes. It was absolutely delicious. All fried items are cooked in a shared fryer so do be sure to ask questions.

Very good! I got the Eggs Cochon and it was lovely. They have a dedicated Gluten Free menu.
