Our server Judah was INCREDIBLE!! He warned me to not eat the French toast or French toast sticks as they are dipped into the same mixture as the regular bread. He said he couldn't guarantee that the sausage was gluten free and recommended picking a different option. I asked what oil the potatoes were cooked in as I can't have certain oils. He said it was soy oil and I said nevermind and picked something else. Judah offered to ask the cooks to cook my food in a skillet to avoid it coming in contact with the soy oil. When he brought the food, he said that he watched them make it so it was guaranteed to be safe. I didn't get sick at all, praise the Lord! Do be wary and ask questions as the French toast sticks, French toast, and sausage were all on the gluten free friendly menu with no further cautions
