Great place to eat! Staff is friendly and also knowledgeable about allergies, salad bar is "clean" without too much concern about cross-contamination. It looks like many of the salad bar fancy options aren't listed as gluten free (such as potato salad), but you can get a decent vegetable/lettuce salad to go with the entree. Their allergy info is very extensive, in a 3-ring binder. It lists menu options for GF, for dairy free, egg free, etc.

I had the Smoky Mountain Chicken, which comes with a side and the salad bar. Great meal!
