The staff dismissed my request for a gluten free meal, and brought me a burger with a regular bun. When I mentioned the bun didn’t look gluten free, he took it back and just swapped the bun trying to give me the same burger that had already been on a standard bun. I had to damage the burger and send it back a second time to ensure I got one that wouldn’t make me sick. Of course, this leaves me wondering what they may have done to my food.

I go to Ruby Tuesdays often. Nice GF choices. Never disappointed.
Wait person said there was a process to flag orders as GF when they went into kitchen. Ordered deconstructed kabob...steak and veggies grilled without the stick. No problems. Restaurant itself looked like it needs a cosmetic refresh. My gluten eating partner ate regular fish and chips and they came out nice and hot and were fine.

Local chain restaurant, has a good burger and gluten free bun that I get all the time and never had a reaction to. There isn’t a dedicated fryer so I get the steamed broccoli as a side.
