Waitress did not know what was gluten free. Their allergy binder did not match their location specific website, so we asked which was the most updated. Waitress acted annoyed when we asked if the chef could clarify what was GF & she said he wouldn’t know. She did go to the kitchen & quickly returned saying he had no idea. NOT SAFE!!

The waitress was not at all familiar with GF options. They did have a separate GF menu. Didn’t feel confident in what was offered. The bartender was also cooking as they were short staffed. Thankfully my son did not get sick. He ordered ribs and thought the were pretty good. The restaurant wasn’t busy but seemed dirty. we wont be back.

The waitress was very knowledgeable and very helpful with my gluten allergy. I ate from the salad bar as that was what we were wanting that day.
NOT CELIAC SAFE We were happy with the gluten free choices. We had the GF deviled eggs as an appetizer, and then we both had Pasta primavera. We stressed from the start about cross contamination. Our waitress seemed very careful and already knew to let the kitchen know it was for Celiac. The food was all delicious. We are now back at our hotel for bed and my daughter is VERY SICK with her Celiac symptoms. We have always had Chick fil A when we come to Branson, but wanted to try something different. It’s going to be a miserable night, a miserable ride home, and a miserable first day of college on Monday. We should’ve known better than to try something new, especially so close to her first day of college. 😢

Hostess was not helpful, when I asked about GF options she told me to go on my phone to the website and the allergen menu would be there for me. Um, okay. Luckily the server was good and would go double check items with the kitchen. They did have a decent list of options to choose from but not the best. My daughter ordered a salmon dish and it wasn’t cooked all the way so that was not good. I didn’t get sick and that’s always a bonus but I’m giving 3 stars because I was not very impressed on the whole.
Very celiac friendly. When I told the server I must have gluten-free because of allergy, she said "Are you celiac?' She explained the care taken in the kitchen and I am impressed. This was our first time at a Ruby Tuesday and the food was good quality and well-prepared, not what we expected from a national chain restaurant. We definitely plan to dine at more Ruby Tuesdays.

Very helpful and aware!! The manager told us while he couldn't guarantee no cross contamination, they would make every effort not to. My daughter had a grilled chicken sandwich on a GF bun and had no issues at all!! Very helpful staff and manager!!
The waiter was very aware! Good options and both my daughter and I feel healthy after eating here.
Great allergy free menu that was very detailed. The manager made sure my food was prepped and cleaned on a separate surface. They were very conscious of allergy issues. I had a chicken avocado sandwich without a bun and it was very good. I left off cheese for dairy allergy and left off mayo for egg allergy. It was still very good.

A good variety on the gf menu. I had the blackened tilapia with fresh green beans & loaded cheese grits (sinfully good). Such big portions, I only finished half my plate.
Good menu. Salad bar was tasty and a good value.
Food was typical American chain restaurant fare. Selection was fair. Waitress was nice but not very knowledgable.

The waiter that we have told us that they have gluten-free buns and they have grilled zucchini and steamed broccoli and they have the salad bar

While they have a gluten free menu they handed me, it isn’t the same as what you see online. I played it safe and went with what they handed me. I ordered the salmon with a side of baked potato and zucchini. The salmon had no flavor. I am not celiac and have had no issues since but wouldn’t eat here again. Even my non-GF family said it was awful. Baked potato was good and zucchini was great.

Very few options, but they have an interactive allergen menu online that’s helpful. The potato skins are made without any gluten ingredients and it’s not fried, but I’m not sure about cross contamination. I’m very sensitive but only intolerant and had no issues, but wouldn’t recommend for celiac due to potential cross contamination.

Love the Tuesday specials. The cheeseburger, smashburger, grilled fish and blackened fish are available without bun or with a gluten free bun. There are other great options and the Ruby Rewards program earns points quickly towards meals, desserts and drinks. The staff is outstanding.
