Ruby Tuesday has gluten free options including gluten free buns for their burgers and sandwiches.

I went to this restaurant back in April and ha a wonderful experience so I was completely shocked with how horribly I was treated the second time I went. Apparently they think it's a great idea to have their food allergy patrons use their own phones and phone plans to download their menu. It took me thirty minutes to pull up the menu alone to then be told by our server, "Oh we could have given you an iPad with the menu all loaded up already." Why oh why would you do such a thing. My night just got worse from there. I calmed down and ordered a burger with a gluten free bun. I ate about half of the burger when I bit in and almost chipped a tooth. The roll was completely stale on one side and completely inedible. I complained to their corporate office and all I got back some generic message about making sure to tell your server about your allergy.
Servers were very knowledgable and nice. They have a menu for any kind of allergy. The ribs and GF sides were very good.
The food was very good, but the burgers were not cooked to order. The service was friendly, but the kitchen messed up my groups order twice. They gave me French fries, which I cannot have, instead of the mashed potatoes I asked for. There is a menu for ALL food allergies.
I asked to see their GF menu and they only had one copy so I had to wait 15 minutes while the other patron used it. Really? One copy? It's just a sheet of printer paper folks. Menu is limited and wait staff knowledge varies.
as a vegan with a gluten allergy, ruby Tuesday does have one dish that is quite good. the spagetti squash marinara was the only thing on menu I could eat but it was enjoyable. I gave 3 stars because waiter could have been more sensitive when he waved the cheddar biscuits under my gluten free nose. as gluten allergies become more understood, I hope they add more items to menu and possibly a dessert.
No GF menu, items not marked, and waitress unfamiliar. Ordered a GF bun which I was happy they had as an option. When it came out it looked exactly like the one my husband had on his burger and I asked the waitress them to confirm it was GF. i called her back over and asked if she was certain it was the GF bun, as I had asked when she brought it out, to confirm and she immediately said yes. I explained it looked the exact same as my husband’s. She said she’d go back and confirm. Came back out and said there’s a separate GF bun and they forget to put the burger on that bun. They remade it and it was good but I was almost gluten’d despite my request for confirmation when she brought out food originally.

Wait person said there was a process to flag orders as GF when they went into kitchen. Ordered deconstructed kabob...steak and veggies grilled without the stick. No problems. Restaurant itself looked like it needs a cosmetic refresh. My gluten eating partner ate regular fish and chips and they came out nice and hot and were fine.

Local chain restaurant, has a good burger and gluten free bun that I get all the time and never had a reaction to. There isn’t a dedicated fryer so I get the steamed broccoli as a side.
