I ordered the smokehouse cheeseburger on a GF bun and without the onion rings. They must have microwaved the bun and I couldn’t even cut through it. They also put onion rings on it. I’m not celiac, so I just picked them off. The waitress apologized, but they did nothing to make it right. Never going back.

The GF menu is so confusing the waitress did not understand. Eventually the bartender got me a burger on a bed of lettuce. Would NOT recommend this place

Absolutely amazing! We went for Valentines Day and it was very busy so we say at the bar. The bar tender was incredible. She have me a binder with allergen menus and pointed out everything I could eat. She then personally went in the kitchen and made me a salad because of fear of cross contamination at the salad bar. The manager was wonderful as well. He came over just to tell me they are very careful in the kitchen and how they prepare their gluten free menu items. I ordered steak and lobster. My steak was cooked perfectly and the lobster was perfect. The service, food, and atmosphere were truly outstanding. A++!!
My favorite place to eat out!! Large Gluten Free offerings. I have allergies to wheat, milk and nuts.I have always found Ruby Tues. to go out of their way to make sure I had food I could eat. They have a notebook with menus that you ask for when you go in that has all the things you can eat on every kind of restricted diet. They have a page for GF, milk free, soy free, nut free, fish free. They never act put out by having to substitute something due to allergy. Once they brought me a potato with butter by mistake and it had run on other food. They re-made the entire dish and were sooo apologetic.

No GF menu, items not marked, and waitress unfamiliar. Ordered a GF bun which I was happy they had as an option. When it came out it looked exactly like the one my husband had on his burger and I asked the waitress them to confirm it was GF. i called her back over and asked if she was certain it was the GF bun, as I had asked when she brought it out, to confirm and she immediately said yes. I explained it looked the exact same as my husband’s. She said she’d go back and confirm. Came back out and said there’s a separate GF bun and they forget to put the burger on that bun. They remade it and it was good but I was almost gluten’d despite my request for confirmation when she brought out food originally.

Wait person said there was a process to flag orders as GF when they went into kitchen. Ordered deconstructed kabob...steak and veggies grilled without the stick. No problems. Restaurant itself looked like it needs a cosmetic refresh. My gluten eating partner ate regular fish and chips and they came out nice and hot and were fine.

Local chain restaurant, has a good burger and gluten free bun that I get all the time and never had a reaction to. There isn’t a dedicated fryer so I get the steamed broccoli as a side.
