Review of Ruby Tuesday

GF menu is Salad bar, veggies and pasta. Food was just OK. Salad bar had brown lettuce on there, grilled veggies did not seem fresh. When veggies came out cold, server told me "They are too busy to make you a new plate, I'll just heat for you". ??? What??? Strange-won't be returning
