Review of Ruby Tuesday

I ordered a steak with shrimp skewers and sides of broccoli and zucchini. The food was delicious and I felt really safe when the waiter assured me that they take food allergies very seriously, cleaning surfaces and using fresh tongs, etc. to handle the food. I didn't feel the need to explain at length because he immediately "got it" when I said Celiacs.
