Review of Ruby Tuesday

Extremely slow service. Food is just O.K. I ordered the Mongolian beef, the beef itself was good. The carrots though-- they taste like a baby's toy that's been played with all day and never washed. Would have been 3 stars but they were out of the one gluten free dessert that they have as an option, and so 2/5.
