I have severe Gluten Sensitivity. While my meal was fantastic; smokey mountain chicken, baked potato, salad bar w tomato, cucumber, cheddar cheese, boiled egg, 1000 island dressing, and the service was impeccable even the manager stopped by TWICE at my table... After 30 minutes of eating I got sick at Target while shopping for groceries. I give them an A for effort but somehow there must have been cross-contamination going on. Have to give dining out up I'm afraid :(

I ordered the smoky mountain chicken. For my sides I ordered the spaghetti squash and the zucchini. The chicken was very tender and flavorful. The zucchini and squash were not very warm. They were tasty though. The restaurant does offer an allergen binder. I noticed on the menu that if you ordered a gluten free bun for a burger it was a $1 extra.
I went the Ruby Tuesday last week after reading some of these reviews stating there was a gf bun. I was given a large allergen binder, which was fine. the server said they did not have gf buns and the fries were not gf. i ordered a signatre burger and grits. It was not much food. I left hungry. probably would have been better with just the salad bar. i paid the same amount as my husband did for his burger but had to pay extra for the grits. That's was a poor value given that i did not get the bread or fries. they weren't terrible but they weren't grwat either. Do yourself a favor and cook these items at home.
Yes
No GF menu, items not marked, and waitress unfamiliar. Ordered a GF bun which I was happy they had as an option. When it came out it looked exactly like the one my husband had on his burger and I asked the waitress them to confirm it was GF. i called her back over and asked if she was certain it was the GF bun, as I had asked when she brought it out, to confirm and she immediately said yes. I explained it looked the exact same as my husband’s. She said she’d go back and confirm. Came back out and said there’s a separate GF bun and they forget to put the burger on that bun. They remade it and it was good but I was almost gluten’d despite my request for confirmation when she brought out food originally.

Wait person said there was a process to flag orders as GF when they went into kitchen. Ordered deconstructed kabob...steak and veggies grilled without the stick. No problems. Restaurant itself looked like it needs a cosmetic refresh. My gluten eating partner ate regular fish and chips and they came out nice and hot and were fine.

Local chain restaurant, has a good burger and gluten free bun that I get all the time and never had a reaction to. There isn’t a dedicated fryer so I get the steamed broccoli as a side.
