Terrible experience

I tried them a few times because there are so few options here, got sick every time. Staff is not at all aware of allergies, precautions, or cross contamination, and will roll their eyes at you for asking even if you’re as apologetic and meek as possible.

Forget about eating gluten free. This place needs someone to call the health department. Unsanitary. Food was gross. We are and left as soon as we could

Allergy menu outdated, but did list gluten free buns and pasta.
Ordered gluten free chicken sandwich. When my wife's food came out our waitress told us that they put mine " on the wrong bun and are swapping it out now". When she came back I explained the cross contamination and she took it back to the kitchen. When it came back quickly, I really couldn't trust that it was different food on a gluten free bun, so I ordered something completely different. I was offered the salad bar at no cost while I waited for my new order. The gf bun was dry. Waitress was very friendly and nice, but there wasn't a comfort level of safety. This location may need more education beyond their food allergy notebook.
They printed out a current gluten-free menu on paper when I asked, which was easy to read and offered a lot of options.
I had Talapia and shrimp with two sides along with a margarita and mojito.
Ruby Tuesday is now one of my to-go places when traveling.
Yes
No GF menu, items not marked, and waitress unfamiliar. Ordered a GF bun which I was happy they had as an option. When it came out it looked exactly like the one my husband had on his burger and I asked the waitress them to confirm it was GF. i called her back over and asked if she was certain it was the GF bun, as I had asked when she brought it out, to confirm and she immediately said yes. I explained it looked the exact same as my husband’s. She said she’d go back and confirm. Came back out and said there’s a separate GF bun and they forget to put the burger on that bun. They remade it and it was good but I was almost gluten’d despite my request for confirmation when she brought out food originally.

Wait person said there was a process to flag orders as GF when they went into kitchen. Ordered deconstructed kabob...steak and veggies grilled without the stick. No problems. Restaurant itself looked like it needs a cosmetic refresh. My gluten eating partner ate regular fish and chips and they came out nice and hot and were fine.

Local chain restaurant, has a good burger and gluten free bun that I get all the time and never had a reaction to. There isn’t a dedicated fryer so I get the steamed broccoli as a side.
