I’ve been here a few times and I have always had an easy time with staff knowing what my needs as someone with celiac are. They have a big binder full of which foods are safe for whatever allergens you are trying to avoid like gluten, wheat, milk, soy, etc. No shared fryer or anything, but I always get steamed veggies or mashed potatoes and have no problem! I was told last time I went that when someone states they have an allergy or celiac, the kitchen staff have to follow a specific set of rules to ensure there is no cross contamination. Could be hear-say, but I have never had a reaction from CC and i’m super sensitive. When I have a burger (also never been sick from this), I tell them my specific needs - no cross contamination, cannot toast gf bun, etc. Speaking of the buns, they are SO delicious. I am usually weary of serve-yourself bars like the salad bar here, but I am always reaction free after having the veggies, cheese, and dressings. Just avoid the toppings that are nuts, fruits, chicken salad etc.

Terrifyingly unaware of allergens. I was told to go online to determine if I could eat anything. The list is extremely limited and even then my faith of items being safe is minute at best.
Side note -- you have to use an allergy tool online and it lists what you cannot eat.

Stopped in here after traveling all day. Had tasty food and great service. No reaction. Also, appreciated they fed my kid for free on Tuesday night.

No GF menu, items not marked, and waitress unfamiliar. Ordered a GF bun which I was happy they had as an option. When it came out it looked exactly like the one my husband had on his burger and I asked the waitress them to confirm it was GF. i called her back over and asked if she was certain it was the GF bun, as I had asked when she brought it out, to confirm and she immediately said yes. I explained it looked the exact same as my husband’s. She said she’d go back and confirm. Came back out and said there’s a separate GF bun and they forget to put the burger on that bun. They remade it and it was good but I was almost gluten’d despite my request for confirmation when she brought out food originally.
— No gluten-free information on the menu
Wait person said there was a process to flag orders as GF when they went into kitchen. Ordered deconstructed kabob...steak and veggies grilled without the stick. No problems. Restaurant itself looked like it needs a cosmetic refresh. My gluten eating partner ate regular fish and chips and they came out nice and hot and were fine.

Local chain restaurant, has a good burger and gluten free bun that I get all the time and never had a reaction to. There isn’t a dedicated fryer so I get the steamed broccoli as a side.
