Ruby Tuesday does not have a gluten free menu. They have an allergen list. I don't believe they alter any preparation or ingredients. There is quite a bit to choose from. The drinks were not listed. I chose one that the waiter said was sprite and fruit juice. The drink was bland. It tasted too much like a sprite; an expensive sprite.
My wife and I felt the food was mediocre. My wife had shrimp and I had rib eye. She thought there sauce was bland. They cooked the steak great. They really know how to cook rare and medium rare. But the meat itself was not delicious. Maybe it needed more seasoning or maybe they need to find a higher quality supplier. For the price, there are much better steaks on island.
Great gluten free meals on their allergen menu, including delicious chicken and a variety of pretzel burgers, tons of gluten free sides as well, spaghetti squash and loaded baked potato were awesome

Local chain restaurant, has a good burger and gluten free bun that I get all the time and never had a reaction to. There isn’t a dedicated fryer so I get the steamed broccoli as a side.

I Google the GF menu before coming in so I could somewhat prepare myself, which I'm glad I did, they did have a GF menu, but it took a while to get and was somewhat confusing to read, however when I ordered I said I was celiac and they did a great job making sure I was kept safe.
