Review of Ruby's Diner

Now has a dedicated fryer for fries, we tested the fries with the Nima and they came out safe 😃, unfortunately we ordered the chicken sandwich with gluten free bun and that tested positive for wheat, probably from cross contamination on the grill, they grill the bun assuming with regular buns, we did not notify the wait staff, 👎 the chicken grill side came back positive for wheat 👎👎, otherwise the staff was pretty knowledgeable about gluten safety, another crappy day with celiac when ur starved
