The top of their menu board reads to inform them of any allergies. Loved the albacore taco.

Yummy amazing food. They are very careful. 3 celiacs eat here regularly no issues- just ask them what is safe.

My albacore taco was awesome and they went over the allergens for my husband's order and asked if he needed the taco prepared on a separate prep-area. They seemed to understand gluten sensitivity And cross contamination so while I might not recommend it for those very sensitive, it seemed ok for my Celiac (but not incredibly sensitive) hubby.
