I eat here regularly and feel generally safe. There is a gluten free menu, but be warned the gochujang wings are NOT GF even though they are on the GF menu. The chef confirmed gochujang sauce contains wheat. Even though I have reminded the restaurant many times to remove it, it is still there. BBQ, hot, and naked wings are safe. Duck fat fries are great. Burger with GF bun is good. Enchiladas are okay. Let them know if you’re celiac and be specific: use dedicated fryer, change gloves, mark as allergy.
