I got a pulled pork platter and the Rudy Beans. They were great! There was a cashier that knew everything I needed to ask, and even went out of his way to make me a banana pudding without any wafers in it. My first banana pudding in years! Sides are a la carte, there is no pressure to get a certain amount. BBQ sauce came in little pre-packaged tubs with an ingredients list. Would visit again!

Delicious! Brisket, turkey, beans, coleslaw and red potatoes! Husband (not GF) and I shared it all! Even when offered bread they put his in a plastic bag. Delicious food and we will be going back before we leave PCB for home. Felt very safe. Even sauces were labeled as GF. They give you a list of what NOT to order. No signs of celiac.

Rudys has an easy to read allergen menu on their website. My 3 kids and I (all GF/DF) ate there with no problems. I had the brisket and potato salad and the kids had baby back ribs. Quite possibly the best smoked brisket I’ve ever had!

This place is amazing. So many safe gluten free choices. The food is great. Staff was knowledgeable. The potato with the brisket (wet) was amazing.

I ordered the brisket, potato salad, coleslaw, and corn on the cob. All was delicious and gluten free. Next time I go I will bring my own gf bun😋

Amazing BBQ-best in the area! Staff is somewhat knowledgeable. I had the brisket (moist) and potato salad. Sauces are GF too! Great experience!

The barbecue sauces are gluten free and the menu has GF marked on the main menu. All the meats were GF except the pulled pork. I enjoyed the food and didn’t have any problems. They do not have any gluten fee bread.

Since this restaurant has only been open for 3 weeks, I was surprised that the staff was so knowledgeable about gluten intolerance and celiac disease. They were very cautious in regards to cross-contamination.
