Owners of the bar have Celiacs. 50% of the menu can be made gluten free. The chef came out and told me what he was going to do to ensure no cross contamination. I got a cheeseburger on a GF bun that was a 9.5/10. I had my gluten eating. snobby brother try a bite and it was so good that he ordered one. I was not interested in a side (comes with the burger) so I can’t tell you what the options are.
