I called Ruki’s kitchen as their website had a small mention of gluten-free injera but did not have other items labeled. The person I spoke with was very nice and informed me that everything on their menu is gluten free. I ordered the chicken plate with cabbage, rice, injera, and collards. Everything was delicious, I didn’t get sick, and now I have a new restaurant to frequent!
