We ate several dinners here during our stay and had a positive experience. GF items are marked on the menu, and if you talk to the staff they will make other options as well. No dedicated frier so no fries for the kiddos. Enjoyed the tacos, chicken salad, and hamburger with gf bun. In the on-site store they also have multiple gf options such as gf bread, frozen dinners, bars, etc to make lunches or bring on the trail.

Amazing food, was offered a multitude of on and off menu items that could be done gluten free. The server remembered me and that I was a celiac, so I felt very safe eating here.

Great stay at Rush Creek. Ate at the restaurant every night with no issue. The staff was clearly trained and assured me of avoiding cross contamination. Would have been nice if there was a couple more options but I can’t complain I had something different every night.

Knowledgeable staff and they take it very seriously. Able to make some substitutions; sometimes they charged a fee (not appreciated) and sometimes they didn’t. We ate here for breakfast twice and dinner three times. My only complaint is the limited options; if I’d had to eat a fourth dinner I was out of options that appealed to me. (I try to avoid all bread so even though they offer sandwiches with gf bread, those were off my personal list). Breakfast options are also limited.

On site store sells hard boiled eggs, cheese, fruit - so we bought that for our lunch while in the park. They also had some gf pretzels and popcorn for sale.

Two times we had diner here. First time it was ok. The waiter was not very familiair with coeliac and was not very active in finding creative solutions on the menu. Second time it was very good. Waiter was pre informed and did everything he could to make the evening great. Number of options GF not too much though.

Knowledgeable staff, but limited options. Five stars for being a safe place to eat and four stars for food quality. On-site general store carries gf bread and snacks.
