The waitress was very honest that the kitchen has no cross contamination controls and "if you're really sensitive" (my pet peeve - celiac doesn't have a sliding scale) you shouldn't eat here. Points for honesty, but the gluten free bun is kind of meaningless. Yes, I took my chances and am paying the price. 😣
