Rustic Burger

*update from previous posts* They refuse to offer the baked fries anymore. I was told “they don’t come out good and take 45 minutes”. They do offer gluten free bun option or lettuce wrap though. The Rustic Sauce has gluten in it. I wouldn’t risk it.

Loved dinner here! They have GF buns or lettuce wraps for their burgers, and while they don't have a dedicated fryer they will bake their fries or tater tots on a separate tray to avoid cross contamination. They were very conscious about changing their gloves too and keeping the allergy dish separate from the rest of the order.

We usually go Saturday for later dinner, and it’s never busy, no waiting. The service is low key but helpful. The food is delicious. There are so many options, which makes it good for parties with various special dietary needs.

The fries are not gluten free. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful

Really yummy! The gal at the front had to be GF so that was really helpful. They’ll bake you’re tots or fries to keep them out of their contaminated frier, and have GF buns. Be careful some sauces do have gluten though and they forgot that. (but I knew to ask prior). Very helpful very good!

Excellent high quality meat and GLUTEN FREE buns! I’m Celiac and I have eaten here 3 times with no problems and every time I identify that I have a medical food need. Not once have I ever encountered rolled eyes or attitude - only friendly behavior and helpful employees.
